Login to Pragma > Settings > WhatsApp Commerce 

  1. Fill-in the "File URL" "Company Details"

  2. Under "Company Details" there is a tab named "Entity Type"

    If you choose "Others/Partnership" then fill in "Entity Type Custom" and update.

  3. For "Catalog" - before giving the "Catalog ID" click on "Start session from your number"

    This will redirect you to a page showing "wa.commerce.activate"

    Copy that line and share it to your WhatsApp business number. 
  1. Login to you Dailog 360 → WhatsApp accounts → Profile

  2. Fill the address and the other details if shown as N/A

  3. Go to Pragma's WhatsApp commerce page

  4. Enter "Catalog ID" and "verify"

    Note: You might not receive the message immediately as the whole updating process takes 2 or more hours to get activated. 
  5. Fill in all the details, update, and toggle on “WhatsApp Commerce button”
  1. Click on "Chatbots" above “settings” and click on "Create Chatbot".
