Setting up WhatsApp Commerce

Login to Pragma > Settings > WhatsApp Commerce
- Fill-in the "File URL" "Company Details"
- Under "Company Details" there is a tab named "Entity Type"
If you choose "Others/Partnership" then fill in "Entity Type Custom" and update. - For "Catalog" - before giving the "Catalog ID" click on "Start session from your number"
This will redirect you to a page showing "wa.commerce.activate"
Copy that line and share it to your WhatsApp business number.
- Login to you Dailog 360 → WhatsApp accounts → Profile
- Fill the address and the other details if shown as N/A
- Go to Pragma's WhatsApp commerce page
- Enter "Catalog ID" and "verify"
Note: You might not receive the message immediately as the whole updating process takes 2 or more hours to get activated.
- Fill in all the details, update, and toggle on “WhatsApp Commerce button”
- Click on "Chatbots" above “settings” and click on "Create Chatbot".
